This document describes the general terms and conditions (the "General Terms and Conditions") applicable to the access and use of the services offered by VERONA CALZADOS SAC (hereinafter VERONA Virtual Store or VERONA.PE) within the website www.veronacalzado.pe, its subdomains and/or other related domains (URLs) (hereinafter the "Site"), where these Terms and Conditions are located. Any person who wishes to access, subscribe to, and/or use the Site or the Services may do so subject to these General Terms and Conditions, along with all other policies and principles that govern www.veronacalzado.pe and that are incorporated herein directly or by reference or that are explained and/or detailed in other sections of the Site. Consequently, all visits, contracts, and transactions carried out on this Site, as well as their legal effects, will be governed by these rules and subject to the applicable laws of Peru. The User must read, understand and accept all the conditions established in the General Terms and Conditions and in the Privacy Policies of VERONA as well as in the other documents incorporated therein by reference, prior to registering as a User on www.ignatta.pe and/or acquiring products and/or providing any data for any purpose.

  1. Legal Capacity

Use of our site is only available to individuals with the legal capacity to enter into contracts; otherwise, they may not use it. This group may include minors or users of our site who have been temporarily suspended or permanently banned due to the provisions of section 2, "User or Customer Registration." Actions taken by minors on our site will be the responsibility of their parents, guardians, or legal representatives and will therefore be considered to have been performed by these individuals in the exercise of their legal representation.

  1. User or customer registration.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a necessary requirement for purchasing products offered on this site. Completing the registration form in its entirety with valid information is mandatory to become an authorized user of www.veronacalzado.pe (hereinafter, the User). These Terms and Conditions will be considered known and accepted simply by registering, which will include the User's express acknowledgment of these terms of use. Likewise, in cases of telephone registration, providing the necessary information for said registration constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Registration is free. To register, the User must provide a valid email address and can create a password on the platform. The User is responsible for protecting their passwords and access credentials from unauthorized use if they share their access device.

The user assumes full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their password registered on this website, which allows them to make purchases, request services, and obtain information. These passwords and access credentials are for personal use, and the provider and its affiliates are not liable for any misuse resulting from their disclosure to third parties.

The user shall enjoy all the rights recognized by current consumer protection legislation in Peru, in addition to those granted in these terms and conditions. The user shall have the right to access and rectify their personal data at any time. Simply visiting this website, which offers certain goods and access to certain services, does not impose any obligation on the consumer unless they have accepted the conditions offered by the company, as indicated in these terms and conditions.

  1. Procedure for using this website.

For products offered through this website, IGNATTA will clearly and easily provide instructions on how to complete your purchase and will notify you via email when your order request has been received. This request will undergo a customer data validation process, followed by the collection of the ordered products based on available stock. The order will then be finalized, and the corresponding invoice will be issued and sent to you along with your order, or you will receive it via email after the order has been invoiced. VERONA will also provide its postal or email address and the technical means available to the consumer to identify and correct errors in the shipment or their personal information.

  1. Payment methods that can be used on this site.

Unless otherwise specified for particular cases of certain goods or services, the products and services offered on this site must be paid for at the time of ordering and can only be paid for in 3 ways.

  1. a) Online payments via credit or debit card will be processed through Culqi. Only Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club credit or debit cards from local banks are accepted.

7. Formation of consent in orders placed through this site.

Through this website, the "providing company" will offer goods and services, which may be accepted electronically or by telephone, using the mechanisms provided on the site. All acceptances of offers are subject to the condition that the "providing company" validates the transaction. Consequently, for any transaction carried out on this site, confirmation, validation, and/or verification by the "providing company" is a requirement for the formation of a binding agreement. To validate the transaction, the providing company must verify:

  1. a) That it has the requested products in stock.
  2. b) That the payment method offered by “the user” is valid.
  3. c) That validates the data registered by “the user” at the time of accepting the offer or purchase.

In accordance with the foregoing paragraphs, and as a security measure for transactions, the supplier may cancel purchases if data validation by our validation team is not satisfactory. In such cases, if contacting the account holder is necessary and this is not possible, VERONA CALZADOS SAC will cancel the transaction (as a security measure for the customer) and, if applicable, will notify the issuing bank of the credit card used by the customer when submitting their purchase request. The issuing bank of the credit card used for the purchase request on the website must then release the funds according to its policies.

  1. Dispatch of products.

Products purchased through www.veronacalzado.pe are subject to the shipping and delivery conditions available on the website. The user is solely responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Shipping costs are calculated based on the address entered by the user in the final step of the checkout process and are calculated according to Olva Courier's established rates. The supplier will wait a maximum of 10 minutes after notifying the customer of the courier's arrival at their address. After this time, the supplier will contact the customer or recipient, as applicable, to reschedule the delivery. Rescheduling incurs an additional charge of S/ 10.00, payable by the customer and included in the payment receipt. The supplier may suspend delivery to certain districts of Lima. Delivery zones are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. All orders are delivered to the recipient's address. The delivery timeframe begins once veronacalzado.pe has validated the purchase order and the payment method used. This timeframe will be met provided that security and access conditions allow, and unless there is an unforeseen event or force majeure. Delivery service includes delivery of the product to the main entrance of single-family homes or multi-family buildings. Our staff complies with current regulations for product delivery, following established protocols. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the delivered products upon receipt.

  1. Right of Annulment

VERONA accepts order cancellations. To do so, the user must notify us of the cancellation within 12 hours of purchase confirmation. Cancellations can be requested via email to hola@veronacalzado.pe or via WhatsApp to +51 908806493. If the customer makes the payment for their order through the Culqi platform, the money will be refunded to a bank account in the customer's name within a period of no more than 15 business days from the date of approval of the cancellation request.

  1. Exchange and Return Policy

To make any exchange or return, the user must contact Customer Service via email at hola@veronacalzado.pe or via WhatsApp at +51 908806493, using the subject line “Exchange + Sales Receipt Number” so we can process the exchange request and provide the most convenient solution. Our exchange, return, and warranty policies are detailed in the Quality, Warranty, and Returns Policy section. It is the responsibility of each buyer/user to review these policies before purchasing any product. However, please note that these policies do not affect the customer's rights stipulated in Law 29571 of the Consumer Protection Code.

  1. Use of personal data registered on the site

The data referred to in these terms and conditions will be used to validate orders and improve the information and marketing of products offered by veronacalzado.pe. This data may only be shared with companies related to veronacalzado.pe and will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances, except with the customer's or user's consent. In this regard, veronacalzado.pe may use customer or user data to send communications and advertising. Customers or users should review the "Privacy Policy" of this website for more information.

  1. Validity of the offers contained on this site

The prices of products and services available on this site, while displayed here, are valid and applicable only on this site and may not necessarily apply to other sales channels used by veronacalzado.pe unless otherwise indicated. We may also modify any information contained on this site, including information related to products, prices, stock, and conditions, at any time and without prior notice, respecting purchases that have been accepted up to that point.

The misuse and total or partial reproduction of said Content is prohibited, except with the express written authorization of VERONA.
