SHIPPING TIME

Our orders are shipped on a scheduled basis by Olva Courier (the logistics company in charge of our shipments), which is responsible for the security and delivery time of the deliveries. We have a delivery timeframe of up to 5 business days for Metropolitan Lima and up to 10 business days for other provinces, starting the day after the order is placed. Please note that there may be delays due to external factors.

EXPRESS DELIVERY (SAME DAY)

If you require express delivery, it will be provided by a private courier. This service applies to purchases made Monday through Friday until 2:00 pm and has a maximum delivery time of 4 hours. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be shipped the following business day in the morning.
